Brian Rogers
Director of field operations
Brian Rogers brings extensive hands-on construction experience to Cascade Structural Solutions, with a background spanning concrete, structural framing, and exterior siding systems across both residential and commercial construction. As the owner of Rogers Residential, Brian has spent many years working directly in the field delivering projects and managing crews across multiple structural trades.
Brian’s experience provides Cascade with a field-first perspective, ensuring projects are approached with a strong understanding of constructability, jobsite sequencing, and production efficiency. His practical knowledge of the structural phases of construction helps the team focus on quality execution, jobsite safety, and maintaining reliable production schedules.
Through years of experience working with builders, developers, and subcontractors, Brian has built a reputation for quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and a solutions-oriented approach to construction challenges.
Caleb Riley
Director of Strategic Development
Caleb Riley brings a diverse construction and development background to Cascade Structural Solutions, with experience spanning multifamily, commercial, infrastructure, and residential construction. Throughout his career, Caleb has contributed to projects delivering more than 3,600 multifamily units, supporting developments through planning, preconstruction, and field execution.
With a background in field engineering, Caleb takes an analytical approach to constructability, coordination, and project planning. Early in his career he worked on infrastructure projects including bridges, parks, and distribution centers, developing a disciplined understanding of field execution and sequencing.
At Cascade Structural Solutions, Caleb supports strategic development and preconstruction initiatives, helping guide company growth through business development and operational systems. He focuses primarily on framing and building envelope scopes, bringing value engineering expertise and experience leading framing, siding, panelized construction, and truss manufacturing operations.
Logan Rauschert
Project manager
Logan Rauschert brings nearly five years of construction experience to Cascade Structural Solutions, with hands-on experience across structural framing, exterior siding, roofing, concrete, and excavation. Prior to entering the construction industry, Logan spent several years working in logging and commercial fishing, developing a strong work ethic and leadership skills in demanding environments.
Throughout his construction career, Logan has worked on a variety of project types including large multifamily developments, commercial buildings, hospitals, financial institutions, and custom residential homes. His experience in both residential and commercial construction provides him with a broad understanding of jobsite coordination and field operations.
At Cascade Structural Solutions, Logan serves as a Project Manager with a strong field-first perspective. Known for his proactive approach, Logan focuses on staying ahead of project needs, coordinating materials and crews efficiently, and solving problems quickly to keep projects moving safely and on schedule.
James Greco
Concrete Division Manager
James Greco leads the concrete division at Cascade Structural Solutions, bringing many years of hands-on experience in structural and commercial concrete construction. As the former owner of Greco’s Concrete Construction, James built and managed crews delivering concrete work across a variety of residential and commercial projects.
James brings a strong field-oriented approach to concrete operations, with a focus on quality workmanship, jobsite safety, and dependable production. His experience managing crews and coordinating with builders, general contractors, and subcontractors helps ensure projects are executed efficiently from layout and forming through final placement and finishing.
At Cascade Structural Solutions, James oversees the company’s concrete operations, supporting projects across multifamily, commercial, and residential construction while maintaining a strong commitment to craftsmanship and professional jobsite coordination.
